I didn't start in engineering — I started in marketing operations.

Building CRMs, analytics stacks, and automation pipelines taught me something most engineers never see: how growth really works.

Eventually, I realized the bottleneck wasn't the tools — it was the architecture connecting them.

So I shifted from marketing systems to product engineering and started building the connective tissue: web apps, APIs, and scalable data flows.

Since then, I've led cross-functional teams, built SaaS products, and architected infrastructure for growth-stage companies.

What ties it all together is a single principle:

Technology should accelerate clarity — not create noise.

I embed into teams as a Fractional CTO or Director of Product Engineering, guiding them through:
