Variant imagery
Every fabric, finish and color needs its own images and copy before it can launch. You can't photograph every combination.
For Shopify brands · Home & decor first
I scope it, build it and hand it off. You get working software in your store, not a strategy deck.
Written plan first. Code and accounts stay yours.
Every fabric, finish and color needs its own images and copy before a SKU can launch. I build the pipeline that makes them, with your team approving every image.
The problem
Three bottlenecks I see in growing Shopify catalogs, and the build that fixes each one.
Every fabric, finish and color needs its own images and copy before it can launch. You can't photograph every combination.
New SKUs wait on photos and copy. "Where's my order?" tickets pile up. Both pull your team off growth work.
You've tried AI apps one at a time, and none of them talk to your stack. You need one plan and one build that works in your store.
Packages
Every offer has a fixed price, a fixed scope and a written deliverable.
A short, written list of the AI builds worth doing in your store, and the ones to skip.
$2,000
1 week
A ranked 90-day AI roadmap that fits your Shopify stack.
$7,500
2 weeks
One repetitive job taken off your team. Example: an order-status agent that answers routine tickets and hands the unusual ones to a person.
$10,000
4 weeks
New SKUs and new fabric, finish or color options go live with images and copy, without waiting on a photo shoot.
$15,000
5 weeks
The build keeps working as models, the catalog and Shopify change, plus one improvement a month.
$5,000/mo
3-month minimum
Start small. The Teardown fee is 100% credited toward the Audit, and 50% of the Audit toward a Pilot or Pipeline, each within 30 days. Teardown and Audit are paid upfront. Builds are 50% at kickoff and 50% at handoff. The Retainer is billed monthly in advance.
How it works
A 20-minute call to pick the right package, or the paid one-week Teardown of your public store.
Fixed price, fixed timeline and a written definition of done.
You own the accounts. I work with least-privilege tokens stored in your secret manager, then start the build.
Progress in writing. Anything new is scoped and priced before work starts.
You get working software, a runbook, training and a human review step. My access is revoked at handoff.
Anything not in the SOW needs a signed change order first. It becomes a fixed-price add-on or moves to the next package.
Case study
I built a production pipeline, over about six months, that applies fabrics and finishes across furniture to produce product images. See how it works, and which image models I'm comparing.
